Good news if you are in the UK and want to watch the Academy Awards on Sunday, 12 March, as this year you won’t have to be a Sky subscriber as sensibly the network will be showing the 95th ceremony in full on Sky Arts, which is available free on Freeview (Channel 11).
Coverage will start at midnight in the UK on Sunday night and go through until around 03.00 on Monday. But Sky Arts will also screen a two hour Oscar highlights package on Monday night from 20.00 to 22.00.
If you are a Sky subscriber, you will also be able to watch on Sky Showcase, Sky Cinema Oscars and a number of other Sky Channels.
